Almost turned around half way due to pouring rain... but happily it was a localized drenching and the boulders where perfect (70ish degrees all around). All in all it was an excellent evening bouldering session. Problems - Some kinda layback crack bouldering problem, v3
- An overhanging bulge, v4ish? still haven't sent it.
- Some cute slabby v0 stuff right next to it
- Overhang arrete... v4ish?
Untried stuff worth noting - One sick 30degrees off the horizontal arrete style thing with zero holds... that *I* could hold onto... probably Vhard something or other...
- An array of v1/2/3 highball cracks I'd still rather try with a rope ;)
The peaks around the hikes there are certainly also worth noting. I've poked around the Pinnacle stuff the trails leading up to those peaks have some very cool boulders. This park certainly has 50 bajillion climbable boulders but also not so close together. The largest gathering is where I spend most my time... ~amount of boulders at Boat Rock, ATL.
